The Wind River Tribal Reservation requires anyone traveling on or within the boundaries of the Wind River Indian Reservation to possess a Wind River Tribal Trespass Permit regardless of day use or if just day hiking. Failure to have a permit will result in a severe fine (I heard $1,000+ federal fine) so don’t push your luck as Warden’s are out there to check. Search online for the costs for resident and non-residents of Wyoming.
Routes established on this wall will be alpine climbing, thus don't require bolts. Maybe adding bolts to routes will eventually change with interaction and advocacy to the Tribal Council. Any additional information required on climbing or trespassing on WRIR lands can be answered by the Tribal Game and Fish Department at 307-332-7207.

Description
This peak looks AWESOME! Steep, smooth rock with a year round snow approach. Someone should go explore more of it. See pics for current vague, know routes.
Getting There
A couple different options in the Native American Reservation of the Winds.
Best way is from downtown Lander, head north on 287 for 23 miles to Sage Creek Rd. At this left turn and entrance onto the road there will be a sign saying 20 miles to St. Lawrence Trailhead/Outpost. Continue on this paved road as it transition to a rocky dirt road (low clearance 2WD acceptable) till the trailhead.
Use maps to find well established trails to Moraine Lake and the northern drainage of Mount Lander.
